Happy Easter!!
We just got back from church....
Wow I have posted 4 days in a row..
I am so proud of myself!
This is my Swap Card in Black & White
and another I made with a change in the ribbon!
Why is my picture in Black & White?
Madeline changed my camera settings and I did
not know how to change them back to normal. I was on my way to the Post Office and needed a quick picture!
So that's why it's in Black & White.
This was a Occasions Mini Swap
and of course I used
my New Favorite set Great Friend.
Are you Sick of Great Friend Yet?
I hope it make it in the New catalog in July!!
I don't like the colored photo. I think the Gingham Ribbon is too much! What do you think?
We are having family over for Easter Dinner.
I hope you have a Great Easter with your Family!!

I Suck at Time Management!!

Before I had my kids I was organized and almost always used my time wisely.
Then I started having babies in 1996 and it all went out the window.
Had my daughter in 96, my son in 97 and my youngest son in 2000!
At about the time I was having my kids the earth started spinning faster!
I so need more hours in a day. The kids are on Spring Break this week and it's been crazy!!
I love having them home but can't wait til they go back to school next Monday!
Am I the only one who has this time management problem??
If anyone has any advise please share.

Okay back to my cute little purse that holds (3) 3x3 cards or a treat!
If you click here it will take to the directions.
This is so easy to make and doesn't take a long time.
This purse is only 3" high but oh so CUTE!
I made this one for my New Recruit, Rose Vitale!
Welcome Rose! I know your just going to love Stampin' Up!
I hope you will enjoy this tutorial from Splitcaoststampers.
I used Riding Hood Red Card Stock & Washington Apple DSPaper
and for the accessories I used Riding Hood Red striped ribbon
and Brads I pick up at Micheals that matched perfectly!
I also used a Velcro dot to hold the the purse closed.
If make a purse leave a comment with a picture.

A Late Valentine Share...
I am finally a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator AGAIN!!!
I felt so lost without Stampin' Up!
Now I'm just waiting for my Starter Kit to arrive!
I do have a workshop booked for next Sunday March 8Th.
That's a good way to start off my "New" Stampin' Up! Business.
I made this card before valentines day, it was tucked away in pictures, so
I thought I would share it with you!
Once again I used retired DSPaper!!
I am so excited about going back to 1 catalog a year!
My customers are excited too!
Now I don't have to worry about stamps & paper retiring every six months!
Are you excited too?
Don't for get that we also get 3 Mini's a year lasting 4 months at a time!
So new stuff all year long too!! Yeah!!!
Well I've got to go get the boys from school and then Madeline from school too.
And don't forget laundry, dinner and maybe some stamping, if I'm lucky!

Retired Challenge....
On Sunday's is when I make cards using Retired Paper,
Accessories & Stamps!
As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I only use SU products that are current!
But I have a Pile of Paper, a Stack of Stamps & Accessories that retired and are Screaming....USE ME!!!!!
and Jason says use it or get rid of It!!
So here is some Purely Pomegranite Card stock, DSpaper, Ribbon & Accessories!
I am sure I am not the only Stampin' Demonstrator out there with this dilemma!
Please share what you do with your retired stash....

2 Challeges in 1....
Color Challenge....
Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango & Certainly Celery
Ever since we launched the NEW In-Color line with the 2008 Catalog
I have liked the In Color's but never knew what to do with Pacific Point!
So I had to challenge myself to make a card with this color!
I did not have any matching DSPaper so I decided
to come up with my own color palette.
Does anyone else have a hard time using pacific Point?
or is it just me!
I think my card turned out Cute and Hopefully I won't be afraid
to use Pacific Point again. I really need to order some matching DSPaper!
Stamp Set Challenge...
Big Flowers
I bought the Big Flowers stamp set a long time ago,
I love it but have a hard time using it in cards or anything else!
So I challenged myself to make a card with the stamp set!
Well I think it's a cute card but still am challenged with this set!
Does that ever happen to you? Maybe I should use
it on a scrapbook page??
Card recipe
Stamp Set: Big Flowers, Stem Sayings
Card Stock: Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, Certainly Celery, Whisper White
Ink: Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, Certainly Celery
