Happy 4TH of July!!
I hope everyone is having a great holiday!!
We are taking the boys to a Birthday Party for a Dear Friend
who's Grandson is turning 16!!
Ethan has been battling Cancer since he was 9.
He has Ewing Sarcoma and his heart is damaged from all the chemo.
So his birthday is always a Big Deal!!
Mac & Ethan are the best of friends!!
Maddy is sad she won't be here for the party
but she'll be back on Tuesday!!
So we will be taking lots of pictures!!
Please say a prayer for Ethan....
that this won't be the last Party he gets to enjoy!!

Scrapbook Meetup....

2 page Layout

We had so much fun last night at our weekly Scrapbook Meet Up!

We talked about everything possible

shared stories & had a blast!!

Here's the 2 page layout I finished....

it took longer then I planned.

I had so many pictures of the kids swimming in

the pool and really did not know what do

with all those pictures. So I cropped them way down!

The Scrapbook Kit I used is Stampin' up!

But it is retired. It's called Party Pieces.

It was from the 2006-2007 SU catalog!

I also used chipboard letters

I had to trace them on DSPaper and cut them out!

The pictures for this layout were from a vacation we took

with my Dad & Step Mom Linda!

The kids were really little.

Madeline was 5, Mac 4 & Myles was 2!!

So you can see I am REALLY behind

on my scrapbooking but who isn't!!
Scrapbooking these pictures makes me miss

my kids when they were little!

I Love this stamp set...is there a Stamp Set I hate??

When SU first came out with this image it was for

Decor Elements! It is called The Manhattan Flower!

I have always seen people apply this Docor Element to there car!

Too Cute especially on a Volkswagen Bug!

I love this set and am sad to see it's retiring on June 30th!

I'm gonna hold on to this stamp set because it makes the best

baby cards and scrapbook pages.

I have been selling my cards at a local flower shop and this is a baby card

I made to celebrate the birth of a baby!

I have been working on some other cards that I will post later today.

Central Park...

& I Lost My MOJO!!

I made this card a few weeks ago and thought I would

share it with you tonight! I love the look of Black & White

It is just so fresh and crisp. I have only used this stamp set

1 time. I have some stamp sets I just have to have. Then

I have them and don't know what to do with them!

Tonight I am feeling VERY uncreative...

Maybe because my kids took my radio so I have no tune's

to get me motivated! I hope my MOJO will back tomorrow.

I am a little sad, my birthday is Saturday 6-6

I'll be 35. When did I get so OLD??

My oldest son Mac turned 12 this last Monday...

I thought he was just a baby?? Where does time go??

I think the world is spinning faster!

How do I slow it down?

I know....

I should Scrapbook some

Pictures of the kids when they were little.

Lord knows I have plenty of pictures!

Maybe then I'll be HAPPY and my MOJO will return!

Card for Customer

Once again I used the Great Friend Stamp set!

My hubby is getting sick of this stamp set and I'm sure you are too.

I just LOVE it so MUCH!!

I have been busy spending time with my family.

I had a great mother's day and I hope you did too.

We had lunch and then took the kids fishing.

My son Mac is a hard core fisherman. He takes it very serious.

So he was so happy when we decided to go fishing.

They caught 5 baby catfish and threw them back so they can get bigger.

I just took pictures and enjoyed watching the kids fish.

I guess coming from Minnesota home of 10,000 lakes

you can see why the kids love to fish!

Daughters of the American Revolution...

I was invited to share Stampin' Up! at a Tea. They wanted me to offer

a simple project to make. Well I came up with Cute and Simple Bookmark!

All of the ladies went crazy!! They had so much fun making this project...

They have invited me to join there group. I am a granddaughter of DAR.

My mom and grandmother joined this group a long time ago and I thought it would

be fun! I get to Dress up and meet other women. They have asked me to

takeover there Scrapbook!! YEAH!!! We have another tea next Tuesday!

I'll let you know what project we make next!
