shared instuctions on one
of my Stampin' Up! Groups
Here are the directions:
it is a half sheet of card stock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Score on the long sides 1-1/4" from each edge. Then score 3-1/4" from each of the short sides. Snip up to score marks and fold up into a box
